Going through divorce, it’s not unusual for people to consider suicide. Few actually attempt it, but many consider it. For this reason, pastors, friends, and especially Second Chapter leaders need to have some awareness of how to conduct a “suicide intervention.” It’s not as scary as it may sound ~ it’s usually a very quiet, loving thing, but it can literally mean the difference between life and death.
