After Divorce

Divorce is s snapshot of hell.  The wounds run deep ~ feelings can be all over the map ~ attachments are broken and too often new attachments blow up in one’s face.  Some divorces are worse than others, but none are fun and they all leave wreckage in the lives of the divorcing couple, their kids, their parents, grandparents, and even their friends.  Furthermore, without some set of tools and skills to help learn lessons from one’s divorce, it’s entirely likely that a second divorce is in the works.

The Family Legacy Institute provides several tools, as well as the book written by Dr. John Splinter back in the late 1980s, The Complete Divorce Recovery Handbook, which is still in print and still helping thousands of divorcing people every year.  If you’re divorced, divorcing, or know someone who is, that book can be of tremendous help.
